Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Babies by Bow. This Shipping Policy explains how your order is processed and delivered.

 

Processing Time

All orders are packed and sent within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

During busy periods or restocks, processing may take slightly longer.

You will receive:

  • An order confirmation email at purchase
  • A shipping confirmation email once your parcel has been sent

 

Flat Rate Shipping (Australia Only)

We offer one simple flat rate for all orders:

Standard Shipping — Flat Rate $15.95

  • No express postage available
  • No international shipping
  • No local pickup currently offered

Your flat rate covers:

  • Standard delivery through Australia Post
  • Tracking number included
  • Packaging materials

 

Delivery Time Estimates

Standard shipping usually arrives in:

  • 3–8 business days (Metro)
  • 5–12 business days (Regional/Rural)

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by:

  • Public holidays
  • Weather events
  • AusPost network delays
  • Peak seasons (e.g. Christmas)

Babies by Bow is not responsible for delivery delays once the parcel has been lodged with AusPost.

 

Tracking Your Order

All parcels include tracking.

Once shipped, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email
  • Your tracking number
  • A link to track your parcel via Australia Post

Please allow AusPost 24–48 hours for tracking to update after lodgement.

 

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address:

You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping

  • Refunds cannot be issued for parcels sent to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer

 

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days at info@babiesbybow.com with photos.

If your parcel is marked “Delivered” but cannot be found:

  • You will need to lodge an enquiry with Australia Post
  • Babies by Bow is not liable for lost parcels once delivered by AusPost

We will assist you as much as possible.

 

Returns & Faulty Items

Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy.

Summary:

  • No change-of-mind returns
  • Faulty items can be returned within 14 days
  • Customer pays return postage unless otherwise agreed
